Vortex-friendly flow

1. Download and install Vortex from nexusmods.com
2. Open Vortex and add Dead as Disco as a managed game
3. Browse a Dead as Disco mod on Nexus Mods and use Mod Manager Download when available
4. Enable the mod in Vortex and deploy/apply changes as prompted
5. Launch Dead as Disco from Steam or Epic as you normally would
6. If something looks wrong, disable the mod in Vortex and try again with fewer mods enabled

Manual install (classic PC)

Some GameBanana drops expect you to unzip into the game's Paks or publisher-named folders — always match readme paths inside each archive.

1. Download zip/rar from the mod page
2. Unpack with 7-Zip / WinRAR
3. Steam: Library → Dead as Disco → Manage → Browse local files
4. Copy files exactly where author readme specifies
5. Launch game — toggle mods off by deleting copied files if issues appear
